Director of Development
Open Door Christian school is seeking a positive and professional to come onboard our team. This is a full time, in office position (7:30am - 3:45pm).

Bachelor's Degree degree not required but is preferred.
Job Description

Manage school social media accounts and website
-
Plan and execute school-wide fundraisers
-
Seek sustainable funding through multiple avenues in order to secure general operations of the school.

Organize, execute, and manage upper school mentor program
-
Plan and execute school service projects
-
Foster relationships with staff, families, and alumni
-
Seek opportunities to improve visibility and public perception in the community using a variety of marketing strategies

Aid Principal in curriculum selection, inventory, and review
-
Assist with prospective family tours
-
Assist with in-service schedule and staff development throughout the school year
-
Assist in planning and executing chapels for elementary and upper school
-
Assist teachers, especially those who are new to ODCS, with implementation of curriculum, effective classroom management, and ODCS expectations

Monitor implementation of the strategic plan

Organize and lead accreditation committees

Fill the role of administrative assistant as needed

Assist with other duties as assigned by the Principal
